Heavy Duty 11-Gauge Carriages

• Fully welded 11 gauge steel carriages.

• Proven structural design for over 45 years.

• Side frames are 5” high ‘C’ channel construction with top and bottom reinforcing flanges.

• Wheel frames utilize a hat channel design with two additional vertical flanges.

• Wheels are 5” machined steel, dual flanged, with an actual 5.38” outside diameter.

• Wheel shafts utilize a 3/4” solid steel shaft fully supported by two permanently lubricated,

self-aligning, pillow block bearing assemblies. This allows less friction resulting in less wear

and tear on the wheel shafts and drive train.

• Drive shafts are 1 1/8” tubular steel and run the entire length of the carriage.
